ownership is a serious responsibility. The policy of Parrot Valley Rescue (PVR)
is to assure that each person who adopts a bird is aware of this responsibility
and that they are morally, financially and physically capable of accepting it.
More so than with most pets, it is very true that not everyone who wishes to own
an exotic bird should own an exotic bird.
The
following application has been designed to aid both you and us in determining
whether you, or your family, are the type of owners which we seek to secure for
the birds at PVR. Please answer all questions and feel free to explain any
